The OdaLog has been specifically designed for the Wastewater Industry, primarily for locating at or close to the source of Hydrogen Sulphide emissions such as within sewerage pumping stations and receiving manholes.

Its purpose is to log levels of H2S in the range 0-200 ppm for later downloading of data in tabular or graphical form to highlight significant variations in H2S levels over time.

Due to the nature of the environment in which the instrument has to operate, it has been designed to be splash resistant, robust, small, and able to log data for extended periods of time.

ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
The OdaLog Type I and accessories have been tested and conform to the requirements of C-Tick, CE & FCC.

CERTIFICATION CONDITIONS OF SAFE USE
It is a condition of safe use that the App-Tek Model OdaLog® Type I Logger:

1. The instruction manuals shall be read and understood prior to use of this instrument.
2. For group I applications, the instrument shall be used in the leather case.
3. The certification does not cover the instrument for use in oxygen enriched atmospheres.
4. The alkaline and lithium batteries shall only be removed or replaced in a non-hazardous area.
5. Batteries must be replaced with one of the following types listed in Table 1.

We recommend that the OdaLog is returned to an authorised App-Tek service centre at least once every six months for a full inspection, software upgrade as developed, calibration, test for linearity and to have new batteries fitted.



12 month warranty when used in accordance with the operator's manual (excluding calibration costs).
